Purchased this bag from ebags and it arrived with a bad odor - some kind of chemical mixed with cigarette smoke. I returned it and received a full refund. I found the same bag at Ross for less money and no odor. It's very basic, but well-made. If you want a lot of features and extra pockets, you'll have to pay a lot more than this.
